Use of Information: The Glass Alliance-New Mexico (GANM) website incorporates links and materials from sources, including artists, galleries, glass alliance affiliates, members, websites, public domain materials, and other sources for publication in its electronic and written media for the purpose of promoting, educating and connecting artists, galleries, affiliates and members with individuals and organizations interested in glass art. For publication and to further these purposes, GANM may modify materials provided to it by such sources. For all materials, including non-public domain materials, such submissions shall include the tacit approval by the submitter and acknowledgement that the decision as to how, where and to what extent the information will be used by the GANM shall be at the sole discretion of the GANM. GANM makes no claims as to the accuracy and/or ownership of rights by those sources providing materials to the GANM and GANM shall be indemnified by those sources and held harmless from third party claims in the event such information is flawed and not the source’s to share.

Member Information: Member information such as e-mail addresses, home addresses, phone numbers, and other personally Identifiable information (PII) provided by members to GANM for purposes of membership is available to Board members and will be protected and not distributed externally beyond GANM without permission of the member.
