You have a rare opportunity to see the work of Steve Klein and tour his studio, virtually, at 4 p.m. (MST) on Friday, February 25.

Klein’s use of exuberant colors and quintessential geometric forms is inspired by painters and sculptors from the past, the natural world, and life experiences. He is driven by the material and process to reflect his own ideals in kilnformed glass.

“I like the idea of having control of the piece during the construction and composition, then losing control while the piece is in the kiln, then being able to regain control through further processes to bring together my thoughts, material and process into a resolved piece.”
